Developed five new positioning statements or “stories”, prioritized audiences, and developed implementation plans for their use for a preeminent player in the environmental design and development industry. These stories are helping create a long-term strategy by sharing passion, successes, community motivators and extensive knowledge with up-and-coming designers and activists, reminding them that the real customer is the patron, not the client.
